Intermittent Automatic Water Level Control Valve

Automatic water level control valve with yellow float, durable construction, designed for clean water systems in water tanks; reliable and easy to maintain.

Description

The Automatic Water Level Control Valve with yellow float is a robust and patented solution engineered to replace traditional float valves. It is designed to automatically control water supply according to the water level changes, ensuring reliable operation in various water storage applications such as water towers, tanks, toilets, humidifiers, solar heaters, air cooling, and animal drinking systems.

Constructed from high-quality, UV-resistant materials, the valve features a durable float mechanism that operates without electricity, ensuring energy-efficient and safe performance. When the water level rises to the preset water limit below the valve, it immediately stops water supply. Once the water level falls, it resumes supply automatically, maintaining optimal water levels and preventing overflow or dry running.

This valve supports installation in multiple configurations, including inside mounting with side or top inlet positions. It operates effectively within a temperature range up to 90°C and a working pressure range of 0.01 MPa to 1.0 MPa, accommodating diverse environmental conditions.

The valve’s design includes easy maintenance features, such as simple disassembly for cleaning, and internal filtering to prevent impurities from clogging the system. Its compact size does not compromise flow capacity, providing large flow rates suitable for residential, agricultural, and industrial water management needs.

With a reliable sealing system, corrosion-resistant materials, and a long service life, this valve guarantees efficient water level management, contributing to water conservation and system longevity. Professional support and clear installation guidelines accompany the product to ensure user confidence and smooth operation.
